Medical emergency
For actual or impending medical emergencies, call 911. After the emergency is under control, make an appointment through the patient hub or by calling the office so we can follow up.
Examples include chest pain, difficulty breathing, the worst headache of your life, a bone sticking out of the body, or something equivalent.
Urgent sickness or injury today
If you have an urgent but not life-threatening problem during business hours, schedule a same-day appointment through the patient hub or call the office.
When you cannot come to the office, consider a same-day telemedicine appointment.
Urgent issue after hours
For urgent but not life-threatening sickness after hours, members may call the direct member cell. If there is no immediate answer, leave a voicemail or text.
Examples include high fever, uncontrolled vomiting, acute injury without severe bleeding, migraine that will not improve, or urinary symptoms with severe discomfort.
Non-urgent questions and refills
Schedule an appointment through the patient hub or by calling the office. Most new concerns require an in-office or telemedicine visit.
If you need help coordinating care with specialists or services outside the practice, schedule an appointment.
Members may text the direct member cell for a follow-up question from an appointment or a general health question, and we will respond the next business day.
If your pharmacy cannot refill a medication, text the direct member cell and we will respond during office hours.
